Searching for EPP on a search engine yielded:

Probably an interface to manage your domains?

register your domain in a DNS server and get it working | then what
will the domain registrar do of the DNS server address, when its not
his server ?

We are still only humans. We can't remember all IP addresses. So, DNS
is required for name resolution between domain name and IP address.
I'd encourage you to read:

A proprietary tool provided by your web-hosting provider to access,
manage your account.
