ways
1. I just connected the projector to laptop and restarted laptop, I could
see the content on screen, but that was not showing my full desktop, that
may be resolution problem.
2. I connected the laptop and gave the command xrandr --auto or the same
command with different option by taking help from man xrandr, this also not
showing full desktop ,again resolution problem.
2.1. I lower the laptops resolution to VGA , and gave the command xrandr
--auto , its is showing full desktop. but laptop's screen looks very ugly.

so what can be the ways to synchronize resolution of laptop and projector?
so I could see the my desktop on screen as it is on laptop
