If you were using Ubuntu, I'd have told you to run

$ sudo pon dsl-provider

(dsl-provider is the default name used for isp-name in Ubuntu). I
don't know how you would invoke this in Fedora 10. It should probably
be

$ su
$ pon dsl-provider

If there are any errors, let us know. The output of the second command
should be something like some module loaded. Wait for a couple of
minutes (see if lights blink on your modem) and then paste the output
of the above 3 commands that Shakhthi said.
