As per my thought the biggest bottleneck in India for FOSS adaptation
is Internet. If you do not have internet then you cannot use/work on
Linux.
Some time ago in put forward an idea of "rpm bundles", If you are a
student and want to work on this idea then I can work with you and
guide you for the steps to produce the distro. I am searching for 1-2
student form IITDelhi who can work with dedication (and not just
initial enthu)
Student can other college can also come forward provided they have
very good Internet bandwidth (like IITD) and labs.to experiment.
