Good to see the replies.

I'm no  heavy weight; but just a programmer eager to learn and contribute.

 Hence, I do feel the real value of such events lies in the
opportunity to exchange and share ideas..

And hence beyond me personally showing up to speaking to newbies; I
would love to see events attended by other hardcore geeks and
programmers and to share and exchange ideas with other enthusiastic
people.

Hence my desire to see events with broad participation.

Looking forward to atleast one solid tech oriented workshop..
