Windows is nothing but a modified UNIX having graphical shell. Many
such proprietary stuff is available these days. It was MS Office which
gave life to MS-DOS and Windows Operating System Environment.

IEEE POSIX is necessary and sufficient enough. W32 is a nonstandard thing.

So I decided not to make such an OS right now, but learn

Best way is - Open Tanenbaum books on OS. Be a good student. Work hard
and play with some UNIX kernel on your PC, start with modules.
