I already have same problem 2 month ago,I visited CSC to NC Kalra & Prof.Subhasis Banerjee,I explained why mine proxy was squished ,I requested Mr.Kalra to de-freeze my proxy limit.
Mr.Kalra Explained some reason for this problem,that there is some flaw in shell script which they are using for proxy.They assured that they will take certain steps so such problems don't come again.
