yes, it may be correct. she may not install ubutnu correctly. @Ankita : Did you mention "/" in Mount Point in 4 th step while installing ubuntu. i.e partitioning the table. please refer one time , how to install ubuntu as dual ( ref the link what i gave you just before thread ).
