Do you have any report which proves that BRL-CAD is incapable of doing
the AutoCAD things? Same for Blender?

Well I don't know about CAD, but I heard a friend of mine saying
blender isn't upto the mark or something similar. What was his use,
how good was he at animation or what else has he used I don't know
about all that.

Nor I do know anything about CAD& animation. I think I was wrong at
my statement in favor of @sonu after seeing @mohit and @narendra's
comments. Taking back those. :)

Blender is an excellent piece of work. It can do anything that maya and max can. I have used all of them and I still prefer blender. I was fascinated with maya and max when I first used them but found blender more natural and logical.
