Engineering is all about the creativity and innovation of new ideas and when the highest governing body talks about bounding the students within limits then there is nothing more inglorious. Enough of this has been done that we are still following that orthodox structure and now we cant tolerate it further. So this spark has to be ignited not specifically for dreamspark but for the whole functioning pattern of these bodies and to be spread well among the whole fraternity.
