Dear Members of l...@iitd,

A member of the community started a thread:
http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/browse_thread/thread/d4ffb199174b4a6e?fwc=1
And I replied to the post with a PASSWORD PROTECTED ENCRYPTED RAR
FILE.

A PDF showing the whole session is uploaded here: http://jump.fm/MRTYF
(Inculding the IMPOSED BAN and email session between Abhi and Narendra
Sisodiya only)
Password to the PDF file is l...@iitd

Read it carefully.

So what my point is this:

I shared a file in the community with no malicious intentions.
The file was just to help the other member GRT and I believe in
helping also rather than just supporting OpenSource Applications.
Others can also learn from such applications like this one.
Here we have a file which is not OpenSource but tells us that
something like that exists and can be made with an OpenSource, so why
not learn from that and make one like that or a better one.
And Linux is also derived from UNIX only.

What is crystal clear from the PDF file is that Narendra Sisodiya
banned me within 2 minutes and didn't give me a chance to put up my
point.

What I would like to know that do all the members of the community use
Linux Systems only?
Are all the members pure Linux users?
Do they hate Windows so much that they can't stand a single windows
file in front of them?

Lets take this example: All of us might be having a mobile phone with
us. Is its OS or software OpenSource? If not then why to use it?
You are a member of a community that supports FOSS then use only that
apps and devices which are OpenSource, dump all those which are not.

I just helped a member and informed the community about a tool which
is nice but can be made much much better if we work on it.

I m not a Linux Programmer so can't work on it but many others are
there who can work on it.

What I don't understand is that what happened that made Narendra
Sisodiya ban me in just 2 minutes? That's what I wanna know?

One more question:
We all might be knowing about Red Hat. Its a great OS. But is it
completely OpenSource? If not then why people use it? Why?

I want the community members to give their opinions and suggestions in
this regard.

Thanking you all

Yours faithfully
Abhi
