Dear Abhi,
I do not want to tell anything but This forum never faced such
problems and questions ever.
We never had good time to document rules and regulation but one thing we
always keeps in mind is - "Zero spam policy" it means community member may
rarely receive 1-2 spam message in 6-7 month. So For me if somebody is
discussing that - " Hey use this software, it is free of cost " and I found
an exe and searching on that exe I was unable to find any relation to
OpenSource, It treated it as spam. I said I have banned you but you can
always join from another email id. I never maid any rules, After banning you
contacting me and for that reason I have un-banned you. Nobody ever
contacted after banning, It is good that you contacted me for after getting
banned.
FYI - Many of the user got annoyed by your rar (exe) file specially
when rar do not work properly in Linux forum.
Clearly speaking, somebody sharing password protected .rar file which
contains a exe file on a Linux User group without giving any url of the
source is sufficient to give a feeling that you are spamming any LUG can ban
you for this purpose.,,

I will no ban you again until you make another big mistake.

PS: I am not a Hitler, But My It is my duty to ban all non-sense discussion.
