is there any law exist or we can set guidelines which we can enforce on all
govt website ?
Here is the website -> http://web.guidelines.gov.in/

Please call directly - Mr. Shiv Kumar - to
http://web.guidelines.gov.in/web_development.php

Page says - http://web.guidelines.gov.in/compliance.php
"102 - The website has been tested on multiple browsers. 7.6(b) "

I do not know these are guidelines or rules which govt website have to
follow.
Thanks
