Arent you missing Chandigarh, Hapur, Faridabad, Jaipur, Alwar, etc.. so many places within a 200-300km radius of Delhi ?.. more so since they dont have a very active LUG and, thus, this could be a better platform for them to get introduced to FOSS and LUGs and start their own thang! Anyhow, I think that is an organiser's prerogative.
