I would be glad to share my ideas with them and yeah,i almost forgot Teach
India Initiative of the TOI group.It is a good indicator
but the differences are very obvious:

1.Teach India is aimed at teaching elementary maths science to unprevileged
children(mainly from slums,ie. financially poor)

2.We are targeting students who are FOSSly poor.(:D).Pun intended,of course.

3.We can contact TOI for this kind of initiative.Another point mentioned
earlier in this thread was that we need a print journal to create
 awareness among students.Collaborating with the Times NIE(Newspaper in
Education) for a Fortnightly FOSS-Edition would be great
 and encourage student participation greater than any online
magazine.Newspapers are still the best source of information in urban
cities.
