I am having problem in installing ror, when i type the fiollowing
command to install rails in ruby command prompt rit give me error,
command is gem install rails..
ruby 1.9.2p290 (2011-07-09) [i386-mingw32]
C:\Users\hp>gem install rails

i doubt its because of proxy server of iit, what am i supposed to do??
