Well i understand, it can be just like this, i should use my local Apache server and forward one of router port to local apache server and then send data from my code to my router public ip followed by Port number using GPRS/GSM module.It is a bit tricky and i understand.All i was searching was a already done server which let me see that whatever data i am sending is being received by server or not.
