hi all!
i wrote this on ilohmail-testers before i realised all thats going on...now im thinking its probably best for me to try and fix these issues myself over the weekend. but where is the latest code (still on the cvs?)- and has anybody started working on these issues (i dont want to overlap)...also - should i email some diffs to the list when im done?

thanks.

-------------

dear all,
thanks for the good work. im writing this on stable release and am very
happy. however, there are some things missing and while testing the
latest demo version i noted down these points:

while clicking on subject to read a message in the inbox it is flagged at
the same time.

there are no previous/next buttons while reading a message and it does
not display the number of the email ( it says eg. "# of 3" )

also -while reading a message in my POP3 account the "move" dropdown
box is visible (i thought this only worked for imap?)

i can not change any of the colour values in appearance - is this an IE
issue?

the layout is quite bad in preferences - it is possible to organise the
table so that the cells are evenly spread (eg. there is a lot more on
left)

i dont notice any difference when a message is flagged as important.

it appears that a message being marked as unread is only selected (maybe
insert another column with flags for unread?).

will it be possible to take away the reminder for empty subjects while
sending? at least put it as an opton in conf.php?

while reading a message i dont think the unread option should be there -
it is difficult to understand what it means. that should be done from
inbox with selecting and marking. generally best to only have one way of
doing things.

same applies to send button - why are there two? i think the lower one is
enough.

will the whitelist option in prefs be possible to hide with conf.php?

i think thats all. im really grateful for ilohamail and i hope these
comments can be productive. i might be able to help implementing some of
them - like the layout for prefs. let me know.

thanks again, jens
