[Ilohamail-devel] Which version to download?

I'm currently on 0.8.14-RC2, and have played with the dev demo that's out there, which looks to fix a few of the issues I've come across on the older version.  Is IM at a point where I could upgrade my existing installation to the latest CVS version or something?  Is it stable enough, in the core features at least?

I'm thinking I'll probably make a copy of my existing IM database, and install the new version into a different directory and upgrade the copied database and then test to make sure everything works.  Is there documentation on how to upgrade from .8.14 to the .9 versions?
