Couple of corrections:--
1. No-one on this list calls me Mr. Das Gupta, it is very close to
insulting me :-)
2. It is not "your organisation" rather "our organisation".... "your
organisation" would have been applicable if your had been a non-member, yet
that is not the case in the least.
