Hi Robin,
I think Codewarrior is touted as a full IDE for Linux.Though,it's not
freeware,but I might be wrong.As for drag 'n drop X devel,look at
XForms.It'll generate the code for the UI,and you have to supply the code
for the events - much like Visual (*)++.Another IDE that comes to mind is
xwpe - though not a pure GUI based IDE,it's more reminiscent of the Turbo
C IDE for DOS.
