DEr Friends,

Shall it not be correct to place somewhere in the same web-page
a small note as to what this Copyright {\it means} ? In that case there
shall be no confusion. I think, as far as the term copyright goes, there
IS a bit of an infringement in the freedom to re-use or reproduce it
verbatim. But the sole intention here (not only for this article, I hope
for all that come up in the same web page) is not to stop reproduction
or anything of that sort, but to protect the name of the originator, as
well as stop others from making malicious gains from it by "selling" it
in some form.

It may seem that I am confused; whatever it might be, please
refer to "xxx.lanl.gov"; this is a huge archive of papers in many
branches of Science as well as Mathematics. All the papers here
are original research work, can be downloaded; but indeed all of them
hve been copyrighted. So, this can be our example. There are possibly
many others.
