I'm running gnome/enlightenment but the problem should be universal. are you
using xscreensaver ? if so you can do a ps -eaf|grep xscreensaver and find out
who xscreensaver is running as... it should be running as nobody. ( you might
have to do this after you lock and unlock the screen at least once).
It would be interesting to know why it works on your machine.... Any ideas
anybody ?
