Thanx for your response.
Tell us your strong points .. ie what aspects of Linux are you most
comfortable with. You need not be a guru.. *most* of us aren't :)
{There are *some* very low-profile, limelight shy ones on this list}

        Then we could ask you to prepare some sort of a lecture or course
material on that and publish it on the list. The material will under go
extensive dissection and eval after which it will be considered for a
talk. May be we can combine two or three such efforts to form one
lecture, eg 2/3=.666 (Bill ?) people can sit with GUI's in Linux or with
the variuos Window Managers.. Desktop environments KDE GNOME and fv*..
comp. study, features etc.

        To start with, we want to have basic but attractive inputs.. it
should be targetted at Non-Linux users and novices.

        IS THIS DEVELOPMENTAL MODEL OK_WITH-P LISTNERS ? OTHERWISE ,
SHOOT NOW !!

<ADVT>
        WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO DO THIS NOW, AND FAST.
</ADVT>

        Let us target one institution but keep the presentations general
enuff taht they can be ported to other instutions without much or no
modification.
