Not during the daytime.They are VERY busy then. try after 3 AM- I have
sometimes got download speeds exceeding 5.8 kbps - 6kbps. And yes - I have
the same modem- GVC 56k. As for stability- it can be very very stable then!
( My logs tell me that I have downloaded a total of 172 Mb for the last
month - all under tha 172226 line)
