I actually DID in fact get to speak with Abhimukta. He says he's pretty
"clue-less" as he has rejoined Caltiger only recently after 5 months{:]

But going by the feedback from the other ppl like Pankaj Jaiswal etc of
their 'technical' ppl none of them much of a clue as to what is going
on. But as we both understand it just might be a blessing in disguise or
a pain in butt (if you expect any sort of assisstance from them...)

Also try this out.... After their stipulated  Help Desk hours are over
try dialling 1600333444. Chances are that you might get a Modem at the
other end of the line but rarely does this get your modem up and
handshaking.... I tried 47 times in a row and then got a SLOW connect
[28800] but I actually after this and surfed for about 13 odd mins. That
I am quite sure will appeal to us who are burdened by phone bills !
