My documentroot and directory is set to /home/httpd/html in httpd.conf
And can you please check the following for me please?
This was in httpd.conf. Is it alright.
<Directory "/home/httpd/html">
# This may also be "None", "All", or any combination of "Indexes",
# "Includes", "FollowSymLinks", "ExecCGI", or "MultiViews".
# Note that "MultiViews" must be named *explicitly* --- "Options All"
# doesn't give it to you.
Options Includes Indexes FollowSymlinks
# This controls which options the .htaccess files in directories can
# override. Can also be "All", or any combination of "Options", "FileInfo",
# "AuthConfig", and "Limit"
# Controls who can get stuff from this server.
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
Thanks

Not authorised - this normally means you have messed
up the documentroot and directory directives. Search
for these in your httpd.conf file. They have to be set
to the same directory - /home/httpd/html
