Hi, It is really exciting that PDSIT/BEC has offered their resources for ILUG-CAL. The primary concern for ILUG-cal is that, the web site is quite old and there is no permanent meeting place for it. I think, with the help of Prof Mathew, the activity of ILUG-cal will be revitalized. Once the DNS for ILUG-cal is redirected to PDSIT provided IP, the maintenence of the web site will be easy. As far as I know, ILUG-cal member, AmitabhDas had made some PHP driven website for ILUG-cal. Once the new IP is registered, that new content can be placed there. I would also recommend to setup IRC in ILUG-cal site, so that ILUG-cal members can exchange their ideas in IRC channel (ADDA).
I would like to offer my help in doing remote admin for the ILUG-cal server (if needed). Again thanks to Prof Mathew and PDSIT for offering help for ILUG-cal :-) So when is the first meeting in PDSIT??? iti Archan "Joseph Mathew" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > Dear friends: > > Thanks to my association with members of ilug-cal, I had been actively > working in Linux environment for the past three years..and now at > PDSIT, B.E.
