I feel it will be best if we move fast please.... Regarding the web site, the talk is on from December. And in December, when I attended the ILUG-cal meeting, I found that Amitabh made a PHP/mysql based mock site. But the site is not uploaded to remote location as there was a strange go slow policy.
I personally feel, when PDSIT/BEC has agreed to provide leased line IP and HW, it will be best to put the site there along with the mailing list. Site maintenance will be easy.
