I am assuming some things as I do not have all the facts yet.
Amit please try to confirm the following
1) hours of the fair for the public (?11am to 8pm on Sat & Sun?)
2) hours when we will be allowed inside
- for setup/breakdown (? as needed ?)
3) available space - computers we can place - 2 or 3 (? 2 ?)
We will setup the stall on Friday 10th of Jan. after work hours 6pm onwards, man it during fair hours on Saturday and Sunday (3 shifts of 3 hours of 3 persons each day). We will breakdown equipment and close the stall on Sun. as the fair closes. We will not be there on Monday. Any objections? . . . Good!
