I am also having a feeling that probably more than browser level support is needed
For I just ran Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 with Wine, and went to the Anandabazzar
site
But, I saw the same junk that Mozilla displays :(
Maybe some other special dll or something else in involved

OE boundary, starting with an underscore ( _Outlook_ ... ) . A
procmail recipe to segregate mail with such payload:
