Hi ,
Why do not you use xmms or media player ( of linux of course) to play music
they are good . I think freeamp is buggy & hence it is creating problem . If
using other do not solve the problem then you may have problem with sound
driver.
And the circumstances not accessing net from Linux is I think your internal
modem if so install its driver it is in the 1st CD of PCQLinux 7.1
