Well actually my modem mic is working fine otherwise, 'cos I was able to
record my answering machine greeting quite well enough using vm. The
problems arise only while initiating a voice conversation I went thru ur
HOWTO sometime back and I have been using ur strings...but the effect is
very much the same...Any pointers??
