Hard to beleive Sir; I'll have to check up the tech manuals before I
agree on this.

Oh!! That note about supporting native ports, by actually buying the
game was ONLY for those who enjoy playing games on the Linux platform,
regardless of whether or not, the games are FLOSS. Anyway, the three
most popular ports for Linux, Q3, UT and RTCW have had their sources
released under the GPL, as I already mentioned.
