Me frowns too. I personally think that the minimum requirement would be that every volunteer should be **decently dressed**. What I mean here is what the guidelines say....Dont wear torn jeans....ear rings...nose rings ..dhoti, gamcha etc. Jokes apart, I would be one to to recommend a formal dress code, especially for the speakers, but comfort would be a major deciding factor. Bottomline....Try to be formally, impressively dressed; if not, then wear what u feel comfortable with and ensure it isnt anything from another planet; if u have a Tux badge/tie-pin/lapel pin etc then wear it along.
