A few months ago The Statesman reported that
Rashtrapati bhawan is upgrading its computer system
with Windows NT.
A few weeks back a notice by Jharkhand government
called tender for supply of computers with "licensed
windows and office XP"
West Bengal uses Windows and Sreelipi Bangla.
They say government is cash-strapped, and need
expenditure crunch but they are not using Linux!!!!
Shouldn't there be a PIL?
