Hello, The government, if they want can show that it is not the cost but the quality that they are looking for and they think that WIN XP is better suited for their needs. I have some Law background and I can say that the Court generally doesn't like to interfere into gov. policies. Anyway, sometime back I heard I gossip that someone will be going for a PIL but that didn't happen. Are you interested in trying? We can all support you then.
