Since the focus of the meet is Newbies (more so bcos there will be lot of newbies), we could start off showing a minimal install. When the packages are being installed, we shift the connector to the preinstalled system and u can start ur talk about the bootloaders. Once ur done, the guy doing the install can take over and finish off the post install config.
