I am using the account less connection from BSNL for the last two
months. Just as other accounts, you can edit your /etc/wvdial.conf file
like this:
username = the number from which you would connect i.e.your phone number
password = your passwd
phone number = 172222
This connection authenticates users using Caller Line Identification
(CLI) and charges will be added to your phone bill (the "username" phone
no).
