ok, siddhartha the account less internet connection is that type of 
connection where u don't have to buy any package like VSNL or Mantraonline.
so u need not be a subscriber of any ISP.
BSNL provides this account-less connection where u just dial their phone no 
which is dedicated 4 this connection, & they will detect Ur phone no ( CLI ) 
& allow u to use the internet . hence the bill (connect duration) 4 using 
this dial up will be added to Ur phone bill. how to set this thing has 
already been mentioned in the mails by the above said friends.
