Hello,
If we don't register as a society, we cannot officially collect money or
donate money under the name of ilug-cal.
As far as I know that is illegal as the name ilug-cal doesn't officially
belong to us. If we collect or donate money under this name we might
face legal problem.
I think this point should be considered seriously before we jump into
any sort of decision on collecting or donating money.
