very interesting point. I love free societies.
so what does Authority (with the capital A) have to say about that ?
Isn't that part of the free speech guaranteed by the Indian Constitution ?
(and all other countries I can think of, with certain notable exceptions,
and lets not talk any more about THOSE countries !)

Does the guarantee of free speech extend to, say, instructions on how to
build a bomb/break into root/pilfer credit card numbers/poison your
neighbour ?
