Thanks to Kaushik, for bringing up the issue of "choice". Back in the old days,
before it became *kewl* to advocate Linux, I remember, we used to say to our
audience something like "Using Linux is about having a choice"

These days, we seem to be so full of ourselves, what with all the talk about
Linux being enterprise-ready, we seem to have forgetten that old statement.

Take choice away from the users you strike at the very base of FLOSS philosophy,
unfortunately for some of our more enlightened brothers FLOSS is gradually
becoming the *only* choice. :-(
