SuSE does not supply ISOs - they allow an ftp install, though.

The above page also emphasises "SuSE Linux" in its terminology, and has a
final clause that has the words

6.      Additional restrictions

      If the distribution or use of YaST and SuSE Linux or parts of SuSE
Linux is restricted in a state either by patents or by interfaces
protected by copyright, SuSE Linux AG can specify an explicit geographic
restriction of the distribution of YaST and SuSE Linux or parts of SuSE
Linux, in which these states are fully or partially excluded from
distribution. In such a case this licence includes the whole or partial
restriction as if it was written down in this licence.

which I don't fully understand, but which has words that remind me of
proprietary software.

I'd like to add here that I thought SuSE 7.3 was a good distro...
