I think Sujoy is looking for a copy of Single-CPU, Single-User Developer
Editions for developing and prototyping alone. Getting some1 to d/l and burn in
on a CD for you and using that copy is quiet legal.

Given the fact, that b/w is expensive in India, my *guess* wud be that Oracle
India doesn't frown too much on using a copy for development and prototyping
alone.. although its in violation of its EULA, as long as u r not using it for
commercial purpose -- either in-house or selling to 3rd parties... i may be
wrong though!

Of course Oracle wud like the user downloads or gets the CD from them...  for
free (excluding the d/l b/w cost and the CD-media)
