Suppose u have an ISDN connection and I ask you to d/l the stuff... which you do
(in the process u supply my info whereever required by Oracle) and burn it on a
CD and give it to me and don't keep back a copy for yourself... then which
portion of the Oracle EULA do I exactly break???

IITC, all it says is that I can d/l a copy, no mention that I have to own the
d/ling facility..... I can also make a backup copy as safety... and no where it
seems to mention that I have to own the CD-writer or must have it installed on
my system...

Can you point me to the correct section of the Oracle EULA so that I can clarify
for myself? mail me offlist, if you have to quote a large segment.

TIA
