Hello all, The CD-ROM drive on my home machine is nearly dead, and I'm thinking of replacing it with a CD-writer. I'm looking for recommendations about specific brands: if you can tell me a little bit about your own experience, w.r.t. ease of installation, reliability, price, etc., I'd appreciate it.
In case it's relevant: my machine is a PII/333/128MB, and I've stayed with RH 7.3 (and am much happier than most of my colleagues who run Windows on their P4 XYZ GHz machines).
