The license under which YaST on SuSe 9.1 is shipped permits royalty free sharing. So it isnt wrong to distribute SuSe 9.1 discs as long as you dont charge a fee for the distribution. Trust me no one at Novell will raise an eyebrow, especially now that they have chosen to GPL YaST. And YaST has been the only reason why SuSe has not been a free as in freedom distro till date. So expect Novell+SuSe+Ximian to release a personal ISO for every release now that all major components are free.
