Yes ,

 particularly when I am the source of this. One more fact is that SuSE offers all 
there software
for free download in binary as well as source if you download them as individual 
package. They only do not provide iso images of the CDs. But then also it is perfectly 
alright to copy and distribute the CDs. The problem comes only for a small amount of 
software like MainActor Video Studio, which is not GPL'ed. So it doesn't matter 
whether Novell would be happy or not. And in the light of the facts that after the 
aquisition of SuSE by Novell YAST has been made GPLed, it does'nt seem that Novell is 
against the spirit of Open Source sharing.
