Hi,
First of all SUBHA VIJOYA to all the members. Being a silent member this is my first posting for a technical problem.
I have two harddisk in my PIII PC. They are attached as follows :
1. as /dev/hda - (Primary Master) Containing only Windows ME
2. as /dev/hdc - (Secondary Master) Containing Windows 98 as well as Turbo Linux 10
both hdb and hdd attached with CD-ROM and CD-RW respectively.
Now I normally use BIOS boot sequence settings to change the first bootable device. Thus I used both Windows ME and Windows 98 previously. Just before some days I installed Linux in hdc along with GRUB. I have written bootloader in MBP of hdc. But when I have changed the boot sequence to 2md HDD, i.e., hdc insted of showing GRUB bootloader prompt, it is continuously displaying grub grub grub ... on the screen. Changing sequence to hda it boots with WinME. Also when I am booting with floppy using ISOLinux, it is working fine, I can access all linux partions of hdc.
I have tried the same with installing lilo in the same fashion. But failed to solve the problem.
Now please help me.
